How It All Started //

It was 2000. Y2K didn’t break the world, but it did awaken something in me …my first baby was on the way, and I had one goal: be healthy, energized, and fully present for them as long as I lived. Not just to survive motherhood… but to THRIVE in it with vibrant energy.

Fast forward to 2004, I was knee-deep in full-time motherhood with a 4, 3, and 18-month-old. My version of “quiet time” was simply taking a shower. But everything changed after a routine round of “immune” shots (P.S. Vaccination is not immunization, educate before you vaccinate). One of my kids had a severe adverse reaction. Life flipped. We did all the things and traveled throughout the U.S. for answers, including a long stay at the Ronald McDonald House in Denver while we worked with some of the top pediatric specialists at National Jewish Health and Children’s Hospital of Denver.

After exhausting every “traditional” medical route, I did what every mama lioness does: I started my own research. I devoured stories of healing through dense nutrition and detoxing the body. I thought, “what IF it’s that simple?”

So I cleaned house, literally and figuratively. I cut out our dairy, gluten, soy, processed junk, meat, and swapped out every toxic cleaner under our sink (seriously, endocrine disruptors are a THING). We dove into all things holistic: IV chelation, saunas, fasting, colon hydrotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen…I joke that we did everything but bathe in green juice!

And healing happened.

Like, real, tangible, hope-restored healing.

Truth be told, some people thought we’d joined a cult. Others started asking questions. That’s when I made a promise, right in the hospital room: “God, if You heal him, I will speak loudly. I’ll share this story however You lead.” (I know we’re not supposed to make deals with God, but I was desperate for my child!)

And so I did. Network marketing landed in my lap in 2011, and I ran with it until 2020. I started hosting wellness retreats in 2015, co-authored a few books, and kept sharing, teaching, pouring my heart out to anyone and everyone.

Still in 2025. My mission is simple: to help you become 1% better. This might mean reading food labels to avoid artificial junk, walking outside without your phone, reducing your sugar, or maybe, it’s being more present with your people.

For me, no links, no selling products and no hidden agenda. Just me, sharing out of pure passion and purpose.

Your turn: What’s one tiny shift you can make this week to feel more energized, more aligned, more YOU?

Start small. Start now. Start somewhere.
